Property Size: 80+ units
Property Vintage: 1960+
Investment Structure: New Debt or Loan Assumption. Owner Financing considered.
Preferred Markets: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Property Submittals: Full sales package, if available; otherwise, complete property description, current rent roll, T12 P&L, current financing details (if assumable), and your relationship to the deal. Property Owners - just call or email. We'll figure the rest out later.
